From the main booking screen, click on the sports icon in the top left corner and then choose "Admin" from the department menu.

Click on the “people” icon on the Admin Panel.

Then go to the “Staff” tab from the top of the screen.

Click the green “Create Staff” button at the top right corner.

Fill in the staff user’s name, email, and username (generally just their name).

Set the staff user’s access level.
- Admin: Full control of the backend and settings
- Standard: Ability to edit/manipulate the tee sheet
- Viewer: Ability to see the tee sheet and chat conversation
- No Access: The user will have no access or be able to see the department.
Click “Save” in the bottom right corner.
