      Where can I download the close-out file?

      There are two ways to download the close-out file: 
      • Email:
        • Open the email you received from the Whoosh Closeout
        • Download the CSV file, but DO NOT open it
        • Save it to the desktop or another easy-to-find place on your computer
        • Then follow the upload instructions
      • Through Whoosh:
        • From the main booking screen, click on the Operations Drop Down and then select “Close Out”
        • Then click “Download File”
