There are two ways to download the close-out file: email and close-out window.
Email:
Open the email you received from the Whoosh Closeout.
Download the CSV file, but DO NOT open it.
Save it to the desktop or another easy-to-find place on your computer.
Then follow the upload instructions.
Through Whoosh:
From the main booking screen, click on the Operations Drop Down and then select “Close Out.”
Then click on “Download File.”
