Click into the booking details by clicking on the three dots on the right side of the booking. 
Click on “Requested Time” at the top of the Booking Detail screen.
Fill in the time or time window the group requests to play, click "Apply", then save the booking. 
The requested time will populate at the top of the Booking Detail screen and underneath the booking on the waitlist
