Open a new booking by clicking on the grey plus sign at the desired time.
Add the desired members/guests to the new booking, and click on the three dots by the member’s name that will be the non-playing host.
From the menu, select “Non-Playing Host” and then "Save and Close." The member will then appear like the image below. 
On the tee sheet, they will look like the image below.
