From the Roster:
Click on the roster icon on the Admin Panel.
Search for and click on the member you wish to message.
At the top of the screen, click on "Chat" underneath the member's photo. 
From the Player Profile:
From the main booking screen, click into the booking details by clicking on the three dots next to the booking.
Then click on the photo or initials of the player you wish to message.
Then select "Chat" underneath the player's photo.
