From the booking details, click on "+ Add Player" at the bottom of the booking.
Then, select "Guest" and type into the search bar the name of the guest you are looking for. If you found the guest you were looking for, click the grey plus sign next to their name.
If they are not already part of the guest roster, click "Create Guest," which will add them to the booking. 
Click "Save and Close"
