Go into the Member Roster by clicking the "people" icon on the Admin Panel.
Search for the member by typing their name into the search bar and select the member from the search results.
Select “User” from the tabs at the top.
Then click on “Impersonate User.” 
The next screen will show you what the member sees as well as allow you to masquerade as the member.
