Can I reopen a day if it has already been closed out?

Yes, click on the Operations Drop Down and select “Close Out”

Then click "Re Open" in the bottom right corner

This will Re Open the day and allow you to make the necessary changes. Then follow the close out steps to Re Close the day. 

NOTE: If you reopen a day and change the information, it will not change the charges in the POS if the close out file has already been uploaded.
