Yes, go into the roster by clicking the Admin Panel's “people” icon.
Search for the member by typing their name into the search bar.
Click on the member from the search results.
Once in the member profile, click on “Change Profile Image” at the top of the page. 
Once the photo has been added or changed, click “Save Changes.”
